## Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a different login than the Insights Association website?

Yes. The Learning Channel uses a separate login system. You’ll create new credentials here the first time you register.

Where do I enter my access code?

After you log in, go to your dashboard and select *Redeem Code*. Paste the code from your purchase email and confirm.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there within 10 minutes, contact us using the support link below.

Can I learn on mobile?
